This auction will include a variety of antiques : Victorian, Early American Furniture, Oriental and Navaho rugs,etc.

Auction will consist of approximately 40 Decoys, many from the Starr Collection (Bourne '86);

a collection of Early Navajo rugs as well as other Amer. Indian items;

18th c. Amer. furniture in the original paint; grain painted 19th c. pieces;

a Simon Willard Banjo Clock with Duxbury history;

a wonderful folk art shield;

collection of over 50 Oriental Rugs;

silver; pewter; porcelain; paintings; prints, etc.

Our Late Winter Antique Auction in Hingham, Massachusetts, will include a pair of A.E. Crowell oversize redheads from the Doc Starr Collection pictured in color plate #19 of Decoys of the Atlantic Flyway and sold as Lot #444 (pictured on page 119) at Bourne's May, 1986 Auction of The Rare Decoy Collection of George Ross Starr, Jr., M.D. Approximately twenty other decoys originally sold at the Bourne/Starr Auction will be reoffered by Willis Henry Auctions, Inc. this Winter.Also included in the Late Winter Auction will be the oversized Joe Lincoln Black Duck, Lot #69 of Bourne/Starr Auction, and a "Rare Running Black- Breasted Plover" by Elisha Burr (also of Hingham, Mass.), Lot #79, Bourne/Starr.
