With over 25 years experience and an active role in the current market Willis Henry Auctions has both the experience and knowledge to provide an accurate and timely appraisal of your antiques. These appraisals can serve many goals including: estate planning (probate, inheritance, etc), purchasing insurance, tax issues, and researching the sale of an estate or collection. 
  We charge $190 per hour for a  full appraisal which includes a typed catalog with detailed descriptions and a selection of photographs highlighting the finer pieces in the appraisal. However, if you decide to consign your estate or collection with us within a year of the appraisal we will waive our appraisal fees. In addition, smaller appraisals involving only a few items are ordinarily done verbally and without charge.
